Naturae Sacra is a luxury and contemporary handbag brand.
Created by designers Gizem Pirinççiler & Kerem Erhan, it takes its’ name from the Latin word for “mysterious; holy’’.
Born and designed in Milan, Naturae Sacra is a contemporary luxury handbag house shaped by sculptural design, artisanal craftsmanship and a fascination with the natural world. Its name evokes the sacredness of nature—a sensibility expressed through organic forms, tactile materials and a dialogue between past and present.
At the heart of the house is the belief that an object’s character comes as much from the hands that create it as from its design. Carefully selected natural materials meet distinctive resin elements, whose subtle variations in colour, texture and form give each piece an individual identity. Every handbag is conceived to feel personal: an everyday object with the presence of a small sculpture.
In 2023, Naturae Sacra established its own atelier in the İzmir Free Zone, Türkiye, bringing design development and craftsmanship into closer conversation. This hands-on approach reflects the house’s vision of sustainability: preserving artisanal knowledge, working thoughtfully with materials and creating pieces intended to be worn and treasured over time.
